How do I add personalised details?
Please leave a message with your order.  Please check your spelling and grammar as we copy and paste your text into our software. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes made.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
We rely on Royal Mail to deliver your order on time. Should your item be delayed for some reason, we request you check at your post office and with neighbours before contacting us.  If your item is still missing, please send us an email, confirm your address and that you have carried out the above checks. We will open an investigation with Royal Mail. Items will be resent NOT refunded/alternative item will need to be selected.
Who pays the return postage costs?
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. However if the item is faulty we will cover the costs (we will require a photo of your item before accepting a return - this can be attached to your message). We do not refund items that have been tampered with. Personalised items will only be entitled to 50% of the purchase price.

Can I collect my order? Yes subject to prior arrangement.
How is my order sent? Free Delivery (UK) 2nd Class Royal Mail.
